No matter what the size of your order, we're now offering $7.95 on all Australia wide orders. We know you want your goods shipped quickly and securely so for this reason we use the service of Australia Post Parcel Post Plus. This service ensures your article is tracked from the time its lodged by Hootkid until the moment you’ve received it. Should you require your parcel a little quicker than usual we do offer an Express Post service for a flat rate of $15.00
We offer FREE shipping to all Australia wide orders over $150.00
Most Parcel Post Plus parcels will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Hootkid will send you an email once your parcel is dispatched and this will include your parcel’s unique number in the case that you want to monitor its progress. All you need to do is call Australia Post’s dedicated tracking service on 13 76 78, between 8am and 6pm, Mon-Fri.
Shipping – International
We welcome our international owls to visit and place an order! International orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of being received unless otherwise specified by our team.
International deliveries are made by Australia Post Air Mail, using this service delivery may take up to 10-12 business days depending on your location. Delivery charges are listed below, however we will contact you if your order is unusually bulky and additional charges apply.
